    in white wine, cream, garlic and parsley
  • Woodland salad
    with warm honeyed sweet potato and baby root vegetable, chestnuts, forest fungi and berries. Dressed with a raspberry and walnut vinaigrette
  • Tuna ceviche
    with olive oil, baby spring leaves, lemon and milled pepper

MAIN COURSES

  • Baby monkfish
    stewed in a shellfish, tomato, courgette, olive and caper soup. Served with linguine and brie baguette toasts
  • Char – grilled fillet of beef
    on a baked parmesan mushroom, sauteed spinach, crispy rosemary roasted baby potatoes. Served with a wild mushroom sauce
  • Mozambiquan chicken and vegetable curry
    with basmati rice cashew nuts, coconut meat, coriander and crispy ginger

  • Apricot and almond frangipani tart
    with vanilla ice cream and lemon curd
  • Chocolate mousse torte
