Cape Forest on a plate” A blend of wild fungi, Kirstenbosch chestnuts, walnuts and thicket berries with truffle oil and indigenous canopy floor seedling leaves.

Ingredients:

The days basket of wild forest fungi rinsed and sliced flashed in a hot pan with tree nu oil, walnuts and chestnuts. Dressed in the pan whilst still hot with good Cape sherry, raspberries and truffle oil. Topped with a scattering of small leaf shoots.
